Right of withdrawal

Withdraw from contract

Here you can exercise your right of withdrawal online within 14 days of delivery. Fill in the form, check your details and confirm: you will immediately receive an email acknowledging receipt, with date and time.

Withdrawal does not apply to fresh or perishable products, personalised products and sealed packs opened after delivery (art. 59 Italian Consumer Code). For damaged or non-conforming products the legal guarantee always applies. Read the returns & withdrawal policy

You can also send the declaration by email or certified email, as explained in the returns & withdrawal policy.
